Only very limited quantities of tickets are available at the farm. ALL TICKETS SOLD ARE FOR DESIGNATED TIMED ENTRY. SELLOUTS WILL OCCUR. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND PURCHASE ONLINE FOR YOUR GUARANTEED ENTRY.

Ticket booths open at 6pm the day of the show. Attractions open at 7pm unless otherwise noted.

Prices listed do not include CT State Admissions Tax.

In the event of a sellout, Fairview Tree farm LLC/Legends of Fear may shut down sales at the farm without prior notice, and only ticket holders from prior online sales will be admitted.

No one under the age of 12 recommended on the trail. Parental discretion is strongly encouraged. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

For the safety of our guests and staff, there are NO BACKPACKS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.

ALL online ticket vouchers MUST BE REDEEMED at the Main Ticket Booth for Tickets prior to entering the attractions.

Groups

Legends of Fear is absolutely the place to bring your group to, this Halloween Season. Book your company outings, youth events, and private parties. We strive to provide your group with an unforgettable experience they’ll remember for years to come.

Group rates start at 25 people or more and must be booked in advance. You may book either the Haunted Hayride only, The Hallow Trail only, or a Combination Ticket for access to both. There is an age restriction for the Walking Trail for children 12 and under. Regular Group bookings do not include VIP line access to events, there is an additional charge for VIP access if you wish. We are limiting group sales on our busiest nights. If you want to book those nights you must book soon to avoid disappointment.

Strict No Smoking, Drug Use, Weapons, or Intoxication Policy

We have a strict no smoking and no vaping policy at the farm due to both a health and safety hazards. Smoking is only permitted in designated parking lot areas. There is also absolutely no tolerance for illegal drugs or alcohol use. Those that appear intoxicated will be asked to leave without a refund of tickets. We strive for a safe and fun environment for all of our customers and hire police that will assist in these matters.
